Hi my exp is 5 years now, and I gave interview interview at TCS at 4.10 years of exp.
I got an offer from TCS with 16 CTC ( including 50k RI) and 2.5 joining bonus. I have other offer with Accenture with 13.24 fixed+21% variable = 16L and 3.3L joining bonus.

There is a policy at EY where a Subcontractor’s company revenue can not be 50% coming from EY. If this happens then for tax purposes that company becomes an EY entity. Is this indeed a law?
