Did you/would you get booster during pregnancy?
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Depends. If its a busy time for your role and expertise needed, comoany may get a secondee from outside counsel. Otherwise your manager and other team members (regardless of their speciality) will pitch in to cover.
Rising Star
Who cares. It’s their problem, not yours. Sure, you’re going to want to be involved to ensure a smooth transition coming and going, but ultimately they’ll plug the hole.
We get secondee
I’ve seen some companies use contract attorneys (axiom, latitude) and some others secondees, and I I’d highly recommend getting secondee as they should already know your business somewhat and are usually much better trained. Expensive though
Agree that quality of secondee is stronger than the contract attys from what I have heard
