I just want to be the middle person. I have a network of people who are looking for some help in navigating what or how. I want to get them from point A to B. How do you recruit for startups? Exhausted from lack of responses from cold networking. What else should I do? I am aiming for roles in early stage startups. Didn’t study or work for long in US so don’t have a strong network.
