Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

I'm a cynical POS so expected and wanted to hate this, but it's good.
Nicely threads the needle of touting AI experience while mocking AI's trash, tasteless output.
His actoral debut. We are all clapping.
Pretty damn funny and well executed, all around. And I hope the message gets some traction as so many clients (and too many annoying non-creative agency folk) keep saying, "Hey, we should do something with AI."
The “why” is to take all our jobs (probably). But I thought this was well executed, and I get the point they’re trying to make.
Wren and the rest of Omnicom C-suite are putting a lot of emphasis on AI, so I’m sure this video had a lot to do with that pressure.

It was funny. I’ve never heard of this guy.
Oof
Troy’s great.
That’s good. I will never understand the whistling past the graveyard with AI though.

That was fun!!
What's the problem, OP? It's pretty good, lighthearted, and connects with the message that AI alone isn't the answer.
Then again, maybe I'm just prejudiced against anyone who uses the lame "what fresh hell" expression.
