Don't lie to your employees..... You say the jobs 8a to 5p then they take the job and it's a constant 8a to 9p mon-thur. Then Friday is 8-5 😂
In a perfect world I would like time on the weekend with the family
I work until 8 every night and am very jealous you're able to set this boundary 😂. Mine is not staying after my shift ends. For any reason. Maybe I'd be more open to the idea, but my manager has made it very clear that any amount of overtime needs to get approved beforehand. That's totally fine, just don't side eye me when I clock out when my shift is over!
I'm salary and we work 50 hours minimum. My boundary is that I don't work one minute over my 50 hours. Every additional minute that I'm working is a functional pay cut and I already work way too much as it is.
