HR will likely tell you you can't do it. But go read the policy on residence. Hint: for a non-MD all it says is your primary residence must be within the jurisdiction of your home office. It then defines primary residence as the place you spend the majority of your time. Therefore, there's nothing from an Accenture policy standpoint prohibiting you from being elsewhere for less than 50% of the year. You individually need to comply with the domestic rules of where you are though, so don't work somewhere you don't have a legal right to work and live. Policy does requires you to accurately report where you are working from in MyTE.
Didn't know about the residence policy. That's helpful!
If depends. Do you have a legal entitlement to work in the country? Do you file the appropriate taxes if needed? Is there a threshold of minimum days you can be in the country without needing to file taxes? In the end, know the tax obligations of where you are. Legally you disclose in myTE. Many just go and take the risk of not getting caught. It's quite variable depending on situation
This.
I don’t know but I’m interested in the answer… going to have to ask later this week
