Does employees who works for UK client get furlough leaves/year end break during Christmas? I am new in KGS, so just wanted to know.

I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? Do you have model to share?

With a shift in Corporate direction, our comp/bonus/incentive plan had historically been based on overall opportunity booking values. The Corporate shift is to drive more ARR and client migration sales (from legacy products, looking for modernization). With that, the booking values for these are significantly lower than net new deals. Has anyone been involved in a paradigm shift like this and proven that the paid incentives/bonuses end up comparable with more deals at less overall dollar value?

What do you perceive as a gesture of genuine appreciation and recognition from management (apart from financial incentives and rewards)? I work in a company that recognizes all achievements, every single deal publicly and it's become kind of a joke already. Why are some companies so bad with this to the point the entire sales force is frustrated and doesn't feel 'seen'?
