Do tcs provide any early joining bonus?
Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.
And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?
I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.
Thanks in advance
I have completed HR discussion round they were asking about my LWD..I said it is officially 90 days.. so should I discuss with my present company manager about LWD before or after getting offer letter
PS: I will be released early as I am sitting idle in the project..one guy in the project got early release.

Hi folks
I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

Tip your maids. Even if it’s $2 a day. Just because you don’t leave the room in a mess doesn’t mean they don’t sanitize it. I don’t leave my table a mess but I still tip the wait staff for writing food down and bringing it to my table
Director 1, no one said you didn't tip. I am stating the attitude one has while tipping is also telling of their character.

I haven’t been tipping. But I also leave my room in a pretty good state when I leave, just don’t make the bed
Mariott should accept card tips across all brands. Most young people don’t carry cash regularly. Some have accepted others have denied
I usually tip my valets using Venmo. But agreed tho, electronic tip should be offered
Everyone in this industry that travels regularly can afford to tip someone making min wage who cleans their room every day
Please tip, especially if you can expense it. It's a very labor intensive job! A few bucks at no cost to you can make someone's day and help them feel appreciated :)
I always tip. Why wouldn’t you? I tip housekeeping $2-5 each day or $10-20 after a few night stay.
D1- how do you expense the tip ?
Even tho i try to tip daily, i usually expense a lump sum at the end of the week manually If you just type in “tip” into DTE, an option pops up. It’s something like “Tip-not meal or taxi”
Always tip if you can
Not that it’s why you do it, but do hotels keep a record of whether you tip?
I doubt it.
