What is majorly considered for promotion in SocGen? Is it number of years of experience or the rating/skills? Secondly how many years does it take for senior analyst to get promoted to lead?

Are there any in-house jobs that focus on strategic thinking, advisory, research, writing/communicating with business teams? Or do they all mostly focus on drafting/reviewing contracts? I’m in big law and yearning for a lifestyle improvement but am concerned with getting bored in-house

Hello everyone! I am currently new to the UX world, but I found that I've really connected with it since doing some research on the role as a UX Researcher. I have my BS in Psychology and CLDP, and I've had experience with research while in college. However, I'm not sure if my current role would be helpful in transitioning into this career. I owned a business for 6 yrs and had a B2C sales role for 3 yrs after (not SaaS). I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I’m a nurse of 9 years looking to break into health informatics. I’ve held roles at the bedside, nurse leadership, and quality improvement. I have a MHA with a specialization in Informatics but the program didn’t have a practicum. I can’t sit for my Nursing Informatics certification because I don’t have hands on hours. I’ve applied to informatics jobs but no luck. Any advice on how to get an informatics position or at least hands on experience?
