Fidelity Investments I joined FIL on 08th August 2022 and hence was eligible for appraisal but even after a good feedback, I was told that there is no increment in salary as well as bonus because of "Too Soon To Decide" rating. Goto ast tool > exit request > it will provide 2 options
1. Redirect to a service now portal request. Fill all the details required and make sure that contact details are populated.
2. Drop a mail to your HR with an excel template filled in ( also provided in ast tool) and they will initiate on behalf of you
Which documents we need to consider while exit
Or we need to again raise separate for relieving/experience letter from credence letter

I don't think you need to raise any additional request for experience letter, its part of exit request. You have to fill your roles as well in the same service now portal
