Is anyone else trying to search for the ads during the Emmy’s right after you see them on TV? I need to share them to my non-ad friends!!

I recently got promoted to Assistant Account Manager after being at an agency for around 6mo. I enjoy the people I work with but I realize that I want to pivot into a more creative/strategic role. Does anyone who has made this pivot (or know someone who has) have any advice?

Has anyone here renegotiated their salary after a short time being in a role? I accepted a position and I like what I do but I realize that the workload requires a lot to see success and I feel a bit burned out already with my 40 hours/week and occasional extra 30 minutes to an hour a day.

I am stuck between putting in my time and showing my value and asking for an increase to validate doing so to avoid job hopping after a year or so.

Does Amazon have a company who does employee background verification for them ? Or Amazon directly does the background verification?

Please help me to choose the best company based on WLB, Career growth and Job Security.

What do you or your firm do to provide first class service?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?
