I've heard variable and hike is decided by February and disbursed in June-July.
Will I be eligible for the hike and variable?
If so, would it be on pro-rata basis?

2. I have 6 wellbeing leaves, should I take them first and then resign? Or these are encashed too??
3. 6 normal PTO, will it be encashed or adjusted in NP? Or is it wise to exhaust all leaves and then resign??
