Dont join sapient .They dont have project and are firing people
Bro no point telling people, people usually approach me on LinkedIn to ask about company A vs B and always end up joining the one which I told them not to join. In one case, a guy joined a startup where I previously worked and told the HR that I had mouthed them and blocked me on LinkedIn. Bhalai ka zamana ni hai.
Fractal
TIAA has good WLB and great benefits, work quality is average. Although it depends on the project/department too. Insurance and fintech business trends to stick to old ways and are hesitant to adopt new technologies.
Bhai I don’t know which department you used to work for, but I can say that more than 95% of the projects were automated! Now talking about attrition, it is due to the current market situation.
Even I left after starting my career in TIAA after 3 years, purely because of compensation. Work in these fintechs is similar, any company you join. I have worked closely with DevOps team hence I’m aware about CICD in TIAA.
All I’m saying is TIAA has great culture, WLB, job security and great benefits. If you get into new projects that is a plus 1.
TIAA has very very poor quality of work. In of project, we used to create deployment artefacts on our local and used to manually copy using winSCP to different environments and manually used to deploy while other companies have moved to automated deployments Jenkins/docker/k8s and what not. Now you can think how good is work quality in TIAA.
PS is in firing mode as of now so don’t consider them as well.
Fractal is the only option you have IMO.
Don't join sapient they will treat you like a shit and will ask you leave on 2 hours of notice , if you don't want to take the trauma and waste your time then don't join other wise you are free to choose
Fractal is best among these, Sapient is firing people and TIAA will not have great work quality.
I think u should join Fractal...if the package is not that low..
U will get
- great work life balance
- although Fractal follows hybrid.. but no one will tell u work in office.. u can remotely from anywhere
- job security is very high
- u can even interact directly with the higher management easily..like client partner or principals..
- and they also take care of learning opportunities.. there are learning goals in fractal
But fractal might not give very high package.. but it's worth joining a work culture like that..

29 is low for G5. Renegotiate if you plan to join. You should ask for atleast 35+. Gr5 get above 40 on an average.
Yes don't join this shitty company, if possible ask your friends to exit from this company because it can happen to anyone anytime the moment you get released from project
