Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can I get some likes please

IMO, I would choose what important to you and what benefits to fight for. I started with a company that matched 1.5 annually. At first, I thought once I make a contribution then the firm will match it simultaneously but I was wrong. I didn’t get the match immediately and had to wait a whole year. What does that mean if I quit mid-year? I totally lose out on the match! And, just recently the firm changed it to match on their discretion.. I might not even get the match year-end. Choose your battle wisely.
I wouldn't worry about that, they're probably not earning that much interest on it anyway. And there's probably some procedural or security reason for the time lag. As long as they're putting the money in you don't seem to have much cause to complain.
Well considering my last employer only had 10 employees and managed to deposit my contributions monthly I think this is a bit unusual.
It doesn't sound fair but it's actually pretty typical and therefore not a fight worth fighting IMHO. Job market for our field is pretty similar to the rest of the job market from my experience. Difficult to find good paying jobs in my area, so I've stayed put in my job I'm making way too little in. Hold onto your job unless you have something else lined up!
IMO that isn’t necessarily a hill I would choose to die on….but I can see your point. Now I am of a certain age, so that 💯 factors into my experience, but I have been an assistant my entire life and was laid off at the beginning of March….it took me 7 months to find a position…with lower pay and no benefits. The job market in 2025 was the worst I have ever seen! The good news is it seems like there have been a ton of new positions posted since the end of December…I just haven’t deduced if these are actual open jobs or ghost postings from companies trying to make it appear to their shareholders that they are growing.
