Same day. I knew it wouldn’t work out by the end of the day. Bye

funny

6 mo

Within a week. I just couldn't gel with the place and the people were not the friendliest. It wasn't the environment I wanted to be in.

6 days. Took about a week and I said nooooo way. They were asking a lot more than they explained in the interview and it felt like I was getting robbed

Within a month . The whole reason I quit was due to the toxic working environment I was working in . The coworkers were worst and the manager was a nightmare!

1 month

I left a job after half a shift - lol. I was young and it was a retail job so it wasn't a career position. I couldn't understand the logic behind how they had me changing clothing from rack to rack for no reason. When I went out for my break, I got in my car and drove home - lol.

I quit Subway my first day out of training.

One week. It was one of those situations where the company culture didn't align with my values and the work environment felt more like a chaotic warehouse than a well oiled supply chain operation. Tasks were assigned without clear direction, communication was sporadic, and there seemed to be a constant sense of urgency that bordered on panic.

I left a job 2 days after working. Nope, I noticed their toxic tendencies so I was out of there. This was decades ago.

FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Based on discussions with partners in the practice, I would be brought in as an experienced manager with opportunity to promote to senior manager in FDD next year. Is the learning curve steep, or should I push to come in as SM? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

It’s very discouraging to continuously receive these rejection emails. With 9 years of supply chain experience, I am not sure why I would not be able to at least get an interview for entry level roles that require no experience. Not just this one pictured but others as well. I’ve applied to maybe 60 positions since May, both mid level and “entry” and no interviews. I’ve had my resume professionally re-written twice. Not sure where the disconnect is. Anyone else going through this same thing?
