What is the resignation process at PS during the new joiner phase?
The new hires on the first day at PS gets to know that there'll be client rounds as well! Someone has the new job yet it is so uncertain again that now what will happen! All the hard work put together for clearing two tough rounds can again go waste if client rounds are not cleared and then again you would be put on the bench. A big patch of time/exp gets wasted until a position in a project is assigned!

What is it like to work in a core immigration role at infosys Bpm.

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here.
