Who in the agency would you say has the ultimate responsibility to come up with the agency’s pricing & services model? Sales? Finance? Ops? Project Management? Other? (Context: we have an ongoing issue where a sales person will eagerly be coming up with half-baked solutions for a prospective client, and it always feels like a cluster F when they want to know what resources, budget, and time we need in order to execute said service - which they thought of in the first place!)

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.

We often feel like what we do for a living should bring us happiness. There is some truth to that. But I say let your personal goals and aspirations bring you happiness and use your job to support your life. No matter how good the job is it’s not going to replace your life experiences.

If I’m servicing over 300 accounts when I was told 250 upon hiring, should I ask for an increase in salary?

How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. How often do you think you will be traveling in 2022 with COVID mostly behind us? In the final interview/negotiation stages with an agency focused on pharmaceutical marketing as an Account Manager. Offer states up to 30% travel (but was told 20% is more realistic). No further info given such as location of accounts I'd be working on or a baseline other AMs travel. Feels like a red flag.
