What is the salary package that we can expect for Senior Data Engineering Manager role?

I got offer from Top MNC (company 1), now shortlisted for another one (company 2) with double d package. Shall I share company 1 offer letter to company 2 for issuing offer.. will there be any problem?? Am having plan to ask revisal to company 1. Please advise.

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis.
