What is the salary range for Managers at PwC AC? I am holding an offer but evaluating options for promotion to Manager level at PwC. Is it true that even if we are promoted, pwc doesn't follow the slab rules but gives hike on current TC?

hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. Started as an HR Admin, basically in a call center for all HR related inquiries and now am a Sr Admin assisting with escalations, interviewing, training new hires, supporting my team, scheduling, keeping track of stats- phone calls, tickets resolved, etc. I’m making $52k per year and work remote out of MA.
