Good Morning. Here's my dilemma. I have an approved H1B application which got picked up in 2019-20 lot and approved in Jan 2020, before the world went into lockdown. The stamping process was initiated but it couldn't complete as the USCIS offices were shutdown die to the pandemic. I have watched patiently about all the regulations Trump Administration brought in to deny any entry to H1B applicants who weren't already working in the states or who were waiting to return.

I don't know if it was only me, but I felt I couldn't truly trust any of my mates on deployment. Am I the only one?

I have an idea for an investment-type thing but am trying to figure out what price point would be attractive to your “everyday” affluent but not 1%er family (I’m talking the 3%ers like myself). If you fit that demographic and were offered a solid investment opportunity with a guaranteed annual yield of 8% and an appreciation of the underlying asset of at 3%, how much would you be willing to invest in it without stressing too much? 10k? 25k?
