What job titles should I search for to get into tech from consulting? All the strategy consulting jobs that are coming up are all related to supply chain

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Does anyone have experience or advice?

How do you recruit for startups? Exhausted from lack of responses from cold networking. What else should I do? I am aiming for roles in early stage startups. Didn’t study or work for long in US so don’t have a strong network.

I also have done post graduate deploma in ML and Al from IIIT BANGLORE while working. I have notice period of 3 months. And this will be my first switch.I want to switch in MNC's like TCS, Accenture, Infosys, wipro, Capgemini, Etc. in pune with Tableau and SQL and Python as core skills. Can you please reffer me.

I’m so miserable every day is painful. I want to go tell pre-law school me it’s not worth the debt because you will hate this career and then feel trapped by the debt. Looking to do a career pivot into VC. Have 12+ years of B2B tech marketing experience with IBM, Google, Deloitte and a number of startups. Have skills in messaging, product launches, and sales and enjoy diving deep on my personal investments (all public companies beyond a few RSUs). Have an MBA in the back pocket too. I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. I already spoke with him about these issues, but things haven’t really changed. I really like the work I do but I’m starting to feel frustrated about the situation. Any advice? Or anyone else in a similar situation?

I am not sure I can continue to work in a system that refuses to let go of people who continue not to do their job. Kids deserve better.
