What kind of AI training is your employer insisting you do? I just got an email from the GM saying that he wants all of us to be doing at least five hours of AI training a week. That's it, that's all he said. Not what kind of training or if the company will cover the costs. Just start some AI training. I'm assuming we get to do this training during our workday and we're not expected to do this on our own time.

I have chronic health issues and I’m severely depressed. I can’t even get myself to work anymore. If I don’t quit, I’m in serious danger of being fired. I just can’t do any work at all and I’m my anxiety and depression is spiraling out of control. I see a therapist I try to cope and it’s not working.

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?
