Starting right after high school is what I did and it can definitely work for entry-level roles, especially if you’re motivated and learn on the job. That said, as you aim to grow, investing in your education, whether it’s sales certifications, workshops, or even short courses in communication and negotiation. Those things can really boost your skills and opportunities. Formal degrees aren’t always necessary, but showing a commitment to developing yourself makes a big difference
I suppose it depends. If you wanna work at a large corporation, you probably do need an MBA. But most sales jobs don’t require a formal education and if they do, it’s a bachelors degree at most.
