What kind of raise did everyone receive this year? I only got a 2% raise, which is less than the already lower than normal national average for this year. What is going on

Manager was fine with my profile in 2nd round and he said he will move to next client round. HR mailed me next day like like the client band is less and working on it.

I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket
