don’t like products with “sheet” in their name cuz they usually are sheet
For me Excel is the best choice, it has way more advanced features and works best for me and my purposes. That being said, I don’t think Sheets is horrible, but definitely depends on what you what to accomplish, some light data work it’s fine, but only to a point.
Imo, Google Sheets is less intuitive, nifty features and processes nonetheless, but I grew up using Excel, so it feels more efficient to use
Excel has way more advanced features for data analysis and data visualization. Sheets is fine for light data work, especially if you need to collab
It really depends on the purpose of the spreadsheet you are building. Google Sheet is good for collaboration, but not so good for advanced setups. I use one or the other depending on the need. Someone started building a Google Sheet for something and then I migrated it to MS-Excel and vice versa.
