What office chairs do you guys use in your home office? Mine is on its last leg and it's killing my lower back and butt. Many of the ergonomic chairs that I used when I was in person seemed like they were designed for men. I am 5'3 and would like something more comfortable for a woman's body.

My ethnicity makes me a minority but I would never join a minority affinity/business resource group. I think it creates separation which can lead to an “us versus them” mentality - a step backwards. Aren’t we supposed to respect or work towards respecting each other without the need to form institutions to make things “official”?
