Is it really good time to join right now as anyway I need to spend 3 months notice once they release the offer letter?

How much relocation allowance and hotel stay they can offer as I need to move from Gujarat to Pune? Can they extend the DOJ in any case?

Any other suggestions to discuss with HR which can help me later?
