Rising Star
Ivf is no fun for me
But did continue working out to the extent possible which is the only thing that makes me feel like myself in all of this
Rising Star
So, during STIM i did exercise normally for the first few days until i felt bloated. Took a week just walking and then slowly started going back over a week or two
After my transfer, i did walk and light weight training during the 2 week wait
Now at 10 weeks, i am almost back to semi normal. I do run slower but lift kindof normal at 15-25 pounds
This is what fun looks like for me now
But it does help with constipation and bloating some
Pro
I abandoned it mid pregnancy, but started trying to teach myself calligraphy during retrievals and it was a fun (if unsuccessful) distraction.
Get outdoors (like going to the beach or a park or on a walk around the block, swimming), go out to a restaurant or get ice cream (you could even make a little day trip out of it if you pick a place far from you), meet a friend for lunch, go window shopping, mini golf or an arcade
Not sure about fun! But I really got into reading (physical books and audiobooks!). Helped me escape into another world and wasn’t physically straining.
Reading, music, guided meditations
Shopping 😂 online and otherwise. Im a stress shopper
Same!
I binge watched all the seasons of The Bear while recovering from egg retrieval.
