I’m in my 4th year at a small plaintiffs’ firm. Past two years I’ve received meager raises (5k) and terrible bonuses (3k). I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

I moved to Bangalore to join a new company and realised it was shitty in a couple of months. Bad management, poor policies, no wlb, narcissistic CEO, consistently late salary,etc. Worked day and night for weeks to ship products.

I'm serving notice period and they're trying to give me a hard time just because they hate me for leaving. They want me to do things that aren't written in company policy documents and cornering me.
