What should be the expected fixed component of CTC to quote for Data Science roles for around 7 yoe and experience in basic ML and stats?

I am not sure how much it can be realistic to quote to any HR (and I don't want to get low balled or be unreasonable with the ask)

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange. I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?
