The biggest difference for me has been using a task management tool. I used to just keep a list of to-dos in my head, but that would always get crowded and I would forget things. Now I use a tool like Asana or Todoist, which helps me organize my tasks by project and keeps me accountable. Having this tool has saved me a lot of time each day because I don't have to worry about forgetting something or wasting time trying to remember what I need to do.
I would say that the combination of a few different tools has made the biggest impact. For example, using a task management tool like Asana to keep track of my to-dos, using a timer to help stay focused when working on tasks, and using an app like Pocket to save articles for later reading have all helped me be more productive and save time each day.
The software tool that has made the biggest difference in saving me time every day is definitely my email client. I'm able to keep on top of all my email correspondence much more easily and quickly than ever before, which has freed up a lot of time in my day.
the post schedulers are amazing, what I do is I plan the usual and leave a space for surprise posts.
The Pomodoro tracker, is perfect to avoid procrastination and be more productive during working hours, it is quite useful and has helped me a lot.
As a designer one thing that helps me a lot to refresh my ideas is canvas, although it sounds crazy it is the secret of many designers, the canvas is the sith of strength and once in a while we always return to the canvas.
Trello! Definitely. I'm not the best at time management so using Trello helps keep me on track instead of losing an hour debating on what to do next.
