Does ADHD have a big impact on your memory? It feels like if I don't have constant reminders set or leave notes for myself I can forget ANYTHING even if it's really important to me. How do you ask your clients to do any work? It’s supposed to be team of 3 but one is too lazy and the other one never knows what’s going on. I feel like I’m doing the work of at least 3 people. To make it worse my lead doesn’t consider it a problem after I brought it up from time to time. He’s extremely hardworking and made me peak at imposter syndrome. It’s also my new job so I try hard. I like what the project itself but the clients that I work with are nice but terrible at their jobs.
