What would you do? Switch jobs or stay?

Left McK a year ago and moved to a B2C industry. Sick of this job - this is very Ops heavy and the team tends to give the worst workload to me (decks, report creation, and my normal job duties). I’m getting paid 200k in cash (9 YoE). I’m on an H1B but my I140 is yet to be filed by this company, and I have 3 more years left on my visa.

Won’t grow to the Director level for at least 1-2 years more, so I’m frustrated at the slow growth.
