I just rawdog it with the laptop speakers and mic
I’ve got the Bluetooth/wireless Jabra, think it’s model 60/65. Looks dorky but sometimes that’s a plus, also love the feature that you put the mic up and it auto mutes, and it has the colors on the side that turn red when I’m in a call, so now if my wife walks in (I wfh mostly) she knows immediately if she shouldn’t bug me
Use the monitor speaker/mic if I know I won’t have to participate much in the call, but the jabra is great when I need to be engaged
Sounds what I need but holy cow these are expensive for my budget 😱.
Beats Powerbeats Pro
AirPods are fine … please don’t do those with a mic looking thing
The headset we got when we first started.

Nothing beats a $15 pair of wired earbuds with an in line mic for reliability and ease since it’s a physical connection and the mic is next to your face.
I just used apple earpods. Never have a problem.
But everyone on the other end does. Bad audio quality
Speakers or apple pods w the aux
Android guy here. So Samsung Bluetooth earpods. Best part, I can use laptop or phone for Teams meetings with them. Can't tell you how many times I have had a meeting in the past while out on a walk with the teams app.
I use the Plantronics Voyager and love it. It is wireless so I can get up and move around. It has the mute and disconnect buttons on the headset so if I am moving around and need to talk, just hit the button without running back to the laptop.
Pro
I use the telemarketer headset lol so fire
