If you use outlook, you can flag an email and it will be added to the To Do list application. You can also manually add things to do and schedule them for a day. I have word documents for each partner I work with and each client’s name is on the list. I add my to dos for each client to that doc. I also have a weekly to do list that I update with meetings/court and separately what needs to be done/deadline. I have a separate column for the following week so I can push non-pressing tasks for the following week
