I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Or you can search this bowl for the comp threads and have a good idea of what to ask for. You can negotiate internal offers (most people just don’t because they are scared to ask).
I’m in FAAS. Pretty sure some internal transfers from audit got decent pay, even more than external hires if they are high performers
That is interesting…
Just transferred into FDD internally. EY definitely took care of me (+ got signing)
Now that is interesting!
Good luck getting the transfer approved. Audit is doing anything they can to not let people transfer out of it without doing another busy season first. If you’re trying to make moves out of audit any sooner than that then I’d say your best bet is looking outside EY.

Let me know if you want referral to Deloitte
Thanks, in San Francisco office.
Do internal transfer to see if you like it. If so, leave for more money. If not, find something you like without a random 3 month stint on your resume with a different firm
Our SF practice is booming and got massive raises. You won’t get lowballed.
We aren’t lowballing internal hires like we may have a little in the past - if you’re a good candidate we will pay up
