I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. Baby furniture. What is everyone doing? FTM and trying to figure out if it’s worth investing in very expensive nursery furniture. We were looking at the Natart furniture collection and the Silva collections. These both come in at about $2000-$2400. The furniture is high quality and grows with the child. Alternatively I could go the lower end route at get everything for like $800. Is that wise? I hear horror stories about low quality and paint chipping from the baby teething on the crib.

Pregnant wife is having small portion meals lately, so i asked why she is eating less than usual. She read somewhere that eating too much can lead to oversized baby, making the delivery more painful, so it looks like she may be controlling the portion because of this.
