Hi, I have offers from organizations like EPAM and Xoriant with almost same compensation. The joinig dateis with in next 10 days. But which is the best one to choose between them?? Any suggestions here....

I am an account executive responsible for new business and renewals. If i equip myself to do product demos and not depending on the solution specialist, can i demand an increase in base salary? Or overall package? Please share your feedback.

Senior Tax Associate. 2.5 YOE. Small public firm. Cost of living in my area is 110% the US average. What is salary expectation? My base right now is 87k. Bonus approx. 10-11k per year. Is that fair, high, low?

My lease is ending & I’m expecting a lay-off soon (this is specific to me, not the firm doing layoffs). Issue is, I can’t move in my with elderly parents due to the high risk of covid. I’m going insane in a studio so I’m thinking to get a larger apartment for a few more $ hundred a month. Is that a horrible decision? I figure I have to live somewhere during this so might as well be comfortable while at home.

I realized post-interview the recruiter might have me in the interviewer loop for the level below what I was targeting. I know I should’ve asked or they should’ve shared, but that didn’t happen. I wouldn’t accept an offer at the lower level. What should I do? Wait and see if I get an offer and negotiate, or alert them now?
