What’s it like living in EADO? Are the price already crazy inflated? I love the heights but would rather live somewhere and how the development happen around me. Can we still get in to EADO at a good price and not be too far out?

Eado is still relatively cheap. Part of that is due to the lots (much smaller, no yards), which won't change. Part of that is due to the distance from necessities (e.g., grocery stores), which will change.

Fwiw, if you want to watch a neighborhood change, independence heights is probably the best ROI right now.

I personally think EADO is way over priced under the assumption that the infrastructure is going build out. If it does it will still be a good investment. If it doesn’t, then I don’t see any appreciation.

I enjoy living here. The neighborhood is continuing to change - there are some spots that are closer to neighborhood style vs urban (e.g., near setgast park) that gives you the best of both worlds
