I helped a Senior M&A Associate get not EPY tied bonuses ranging from $30-50k in Chicago recently. But they were coming from a top firm and going to a top firm. Lower AmLaw or not competing offers... $0-25k recently.

Happy to give you an overview of which firms are looking if you DM me. Probably only a signing bonus if you are coming from a top firm.

I have completed my tech interview rounds with UBS and have received email for fitment round.

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?

Thank you.

Any insight on Brewer (either office, generally curious about the firm). I assume comp after year 1 is discretionary, rather than lock-step, given the size of the firm. How do you manage competing interests during a singing or closing? Everyone seems to think that their task is more important than an actual closing. Advice?
