Hey fishes I know it's kinda depressing but that's what I am into so it's been months now with Amazon and I've working in a new role learning great stuff but here's the catch I don't have anyone to contact with like people here don't reply if you ask for help and if you even call out like they defend by saying they're busy . Forget favors they don't reply to "hey". I have total 2 yrs of exp so barely saw work culture at office. But I wanna ask is this normal or I'm overthinking.

Any tips for how to determine a good fit or strong culture from a team/company when you are interviewing? I find it hard to figure out what the team would be like during the interview process. I can get a gauge on the personality of the hiring manager or others that are in the interview process, but determining if the team and company have positive attributes like teamwork, good communication, etc. is more difficult. Any tips?

Hi All, I have received an offer from LTI for senior specialist position. I had 2 offers in hand. And I negotiated with LTi with 22 fixed and 10% variable. I have close to 7 years experience. Can you pls help me with he overview of the organisation.. how is LTI for experienced hires ? How is work culture, yearly hikes ? Will they give 100% variable pay?

I have offers with Bain (Sr mgr) and BCG (PL2), and will be focusing on their PE practices. I know Bain is the leader in PE work, but having trouble deciding which offer to go for. Biggest factors for me to consider is career progression (in consulting), culture, optionality in the types of deals/projects. My conflict right now is I had better interactions with BCG interviewers and initially leaned that way, but the infrastructure & market presence of Bain in this space is strong. Thoughts?

Ok wise women I need help! I was laid off for the second time during the pandemic in January. My confidence is severely shaken. The culture was TOXIC and they hired management then hired management on top of existing team (start up). I have 3 offers, all GREAT. One is a job I can do in my sleep, one is a position that will push my skills but offer some great rewards if I do well, the 3rd is going back to where I started my technology career.
