I applied and have made it to the final round of interviews that’s this week. In the application they didn’t ask about sponsorship or anything, and I didn’t want to automatically disqualify myself by telling them before giving my final round presentation. Currently in a satellite office but work mainly with partners in another, main office in another state (my office has no one that does what I do), and feel like I miss out on a lot of training, networking, etc. I like the firm so don’t want to lateral, and wouldn’t move to the main office, but am thinking of working out of the main office like one week every other month or something.
