What’s the difference in comp between traditional and usdc ?

There is no blanket answer but it’s around 10-15% in my experience. Take a look at the comp surveys pinned on the Deloitte bowl and see for yourself

Pretty big USDC is not worth it anymore since no one really travels. You end up doing the same work with 30% less pay and awful benefits. Initially it was used as a way for Deloitte to do government work and tell people they have onshore employees. Now since post covid no one travels anymore and consulting has morphed into more tech advisement and implementation and away from classical supply chain and business admin so theres really no point. Unless you just want to sit at a computer and dev all day and have no social skills and don’t want to put in the extra 10 hours a month for firm initiatives then it’s not worth it. However if you can’t get a better job, USDC will give you the experience to get a great job in a couple years.

THIS ^ and this is exactly what people in core don’t understand. They expect USDC to work the same way they do when USDC is compensated significantly less than they are. That’s why the hours at USDC are strictly 8-5 and no working on the weekends. If someone makes you work on the weekends, it’s an issue that can be reported. But core always brings in USDC people because they’re cheaper, and yet they don’t wonder WHY they’re cheaper

My experience would be, one level down. If you are a solution specialist, you would be having similar salary as core analyst. In my project, my analyst is making more than I am. This is life.

I'd say it's closer to 20-40%.

It's possible top performers can bridge the gap a bit but I think generally it's 20-40%

Prior USDC Employee, 2 Managers showed me their comp when they were my level as they were encouraging me to make a jump or move internally.

There’s no hard data to anything that’s being shared. Differences are going to vary by OP/Offering, Level, years of experience, hot skills, etc.

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. They emailed me back saying that I am no longer in this process anymore with no further explanation and in Thanksgiving day. Is that normal?that email really got me very upset
