I interviewed and got an offer out of Santa Monica for an ACC position. It was 160k base plus bonus and stock. Total comp around 250k. This was two months ago. I ultimately went with a different in house opportunity with a higher base and a shorter vesting schedule for RSUs
I have 5 YOE in L&E litigation, but was offered an ACC position in a transactional role at 2-3 YOE.
If you’re interviewing for the role, the recruiter should be able to tell you the compensation before you even start. Seattle was $260-270K (total compensation including bonus/stocks) a few months ago.

Check Glassdoor
A lot of the info on here is for more senior roles the ACC positions target attorneys with at minimum 2-3 yoe.
