Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Honestly a few years would be my answer. I’ve turned down ppl seeking LOR when I’ve only worked with them for like 6 months.
6 months would be longer than I’ve worked with any manager in 3 years of consulting lol
I mean, you want it to be someone who knows your work. in theory, if you step into a project that's off the rails and save the day in your first week, sure you could ask them then...
In practice, they should have a good sense for who you are, and that takes time. If we change units, ideally you'd want it to be someone who has seen you through a project start-to-finish, preferably several times. Obviously the exact metrics depend on your own circumstances, but think about it in terms of relationship depth.
This is why I want to get experience outside of consulting before applying to MBA programs...no way I can get great LORs from people I’ve worked with for 10 weeks at most
Just pick the nicest P/Pl you worked with
I have other folks I can ask that I’ve worked with longer, I guess I’m just wondering how short does it need to be for it to be a justifiable reason to not to ask my current mgr
