Stuck in same company for 7 years without growth, working in production support without skilling in latest technologies. Started learning React and want to shift on React frontend path. Again, stuck at resume building i dont know how to incorporate react into the projects i have worked. Can anyone send me (n4bryqzp@duck.com) React resume for reference?

1.5 hours. Looked around, got up, and walked out 10 minutes into a post-interview test.
Best decision I ever made.
8 months, not a cultural fit.
I took a full time role just to get out of freelance during Covid. I kept looking when I took it. left after 3 months for something more in-line with what I wanted.
Two weeks, lol. I was interviewing with two companies at once, company A ghosted me while company B made an offer. Of course, I went with company B, however, two weeks later, company A came back with an offer that was significantly higher than company B, and not to mention company A was far more of a better look resume wise. I quit so fast, lmao. No regrets!
45 days. I wrote my resignation letter on day 30 and had it sitting under my keyboard. I had a horrible manager that was a micromanager.
One day I was about to leave for lunch, and my gut said “today’s the day”. I didn’t have a job lined up, but it was the best decision I made!

Not me, but… I got hired to work at an agency and my first day coincided with an ACD’s first day. We went through day 1 onboarding together. On day 2 his team was asking where he was because he didn’t show up for morning meeting. He no showed on day 3 as well. Down the road I found out that he never formally quit, just didn’t show up after day 1 and ghosted the agency entirely after that. Years down the line I had heard from someone who said he went to a different industry or something. Guess he hated the job.
Not super short but 8 months. I received a better offer that they weren’t able to match.
I left a job two months in. vibes were off. was getting bounced around clients and not working on the client I was hired for. but the thing that sent me over was an ECD treating me like know-nothing junior writer. can't recall the exact comments but she said some very condescending/ageist stuff.
a month later I got hired by a much better agency to work on the competitor for the client I was previously hired for, so it all worked out.
1 month. It didn’t agree with me.

8 months. Sociopathic owner.
2ish months? Was early on in my career and before I realized some places use the word strategist when they really mean account. Left for a role that was wayyyy more in line with what I wanted to do. I felt bad at the time but it was a great decision.
My close friend left on the same day, onboarding was that bad (FAANG), I’m currently trying to leave soon, so will be 3-5 months in (leadership changes caused a mess, and not enjoying it).
I went to my first day of work to find the company gone, the domain up for sale and the building up for lease. 2008 was a WILD time to be a young person entering the workforce.
