I cleared 2 rounds in CTS. Recruiter mailed to fill CIS form and salary slips. Post sharing both,got HR call after 5 days. Discussed on compensation. We agreed. I asked base location. HR told Pune. I wanted Noida. HR told will get back to me post discussing with Business. I was open for WFH. I followed up on mails and calls no reply. I reached out to CTS talent acquisition team. Then the recruiter told she will let me know once opening is for Noida! What should I assume 🥺 Will they offer?

Comp question: I’ve started recruiting for a few PE portco ops. It’s early in the process and one of the recruiters asked me about my expected comp. 1. Does anyone know what’s a reasonable reply? I have no idea what to ask for. Just under 4 YOE. Was thinking mid to high 100s. 2. Should I answer this question early on? Thank you!!! What would be the range for grade 9 employee at CISCO in india. Yoe 5, salesforce developer. I currently have an offer at 28.25lpa. I had a call today with the recruiter and he was saying that the offer would be like between 30-33 lpa fixed plus stocks, variable and joining bonus. Can anyone comment how good are the hike in CiSCO and if I should try to negotiate before I receive an offer?

My mom bought a second property and it went up by 200 K so she’s now looking to refinance it. She’s asked to put my name on the mortgage as my dads credit is not the best. She has and still will be paying the mortgage payments. Also, when I do plan on buying my first house years from now she said she will remove my name from the mortgage so it doesn’t affect my credit and sell the property if I need help for the down payment. I trust my mom and I do want to support her but is this a good idea?

I moved cities and my company is giving me 12% decrease in my salary. My current salary is within my new cities range, and I am definitely not paid market rate to begin with…also for context I have always been a high performer, have many relevant certifications, and am involved with initiatives outside my billable work
