Honestly, I've had quite a few bad ones so I wouldn't know where to start lol...I feel like I've had a lot of interviews where you can tell they just don't care about you or the role and it's just...disheartening
One that sticks out immediately is that I filled out the proper paperwork and stuck around to meet people and the routine of the place, only to constantly over hear about the failing finances of the place, severe lack of organization, and the high turn over rate. It immediately made sense as to why the interview process was so short that they practically hired me the same day!
I had a job at at a childrens psychiatric facility and it was awful. We were constantly getting attacked by kids, punched, bit, etc. There were so many rough days that I couldn't take it anymore and I ended up leaving.
When getting into nursing, my first interview was a bummer! I was so nervous and unprepared. The week before the interview was hectic so I wasn't in the right headspace. Totally my fault.
Most of my interviews were horrid starting out. There are so many intricacies of any job in healthcare and trying to remember terms right out of school is hard especially when you don't have experience to help out.
I once showed up to an interview while pregnant and suffering with major head cold. I was so congested and felt overall terrible needless to say didn't get an offer but learned to cancel next time if ill
