I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Has anyone dealt with persistent fluid in your uterus? This seems to happen to me every cycle, and I feel like I’ve tried everything under the sun to get rid of it, but it still persists and what’s worse is that the doctors don’t seem to know what is causing is. I’ve tried estrogen (both vaginal and patches), Clomid (would do the trick if it was cervical mucus), and also aspirating the fluid (but that just resulted in failed FETs).

I’m interviewing for jobs that would essentially lead to a minor career pivot. I have gotten to 4 straight final rounds (4-5 interviews and a presentation for each company) to be told I’m second choice in favor of someone with more experience. I’m losing my mind and so tired of interviewing tbh. What can I do differently, or do I just need to chill out and wait for a company to say yes?

There is a ethical issue with the Nagarro interview process. Why don't Nagarro make the job interviews aligned to the same level of client interviews. Client interviews in Nagarro is tougher than job interviews. This way Nagarro is increasing the bench strength but then putting extra pressure on the candidates in to find a project. Keep the same standard of the interview for both job and client. This way both will be in a good state of mind.
