I'm looking for work as a Credit Controller. Preferably remote or hybrid with a lot of flexibility. I've been working remotely for the last 1.5 years and would like to continue that. I have 8.5 years of experience as a Credit Controller in B2B set up. My current is 3 in office, 2 out. But I come in everyday anyway since I'm 10 minutes away and don't have to go through traffic lights to get here. When I work a Saturday, I will do that from home.

I work one week WFH and 1 week in office

I’m 100% remote, however, that is an extreme rarity even at my company now. My department is pretty much the only one that didn’t have to go hybrid to 2-3 days in office.

New policy is 4/1 but it’s not being monitored. I’m doing 3/2 to avoid a painful adjustment when they start holding us accountable to the 4/1.

I'm remote, but this is a very small firm.
1 RTO per week, not monitored. Highly dependent on function and team. During interviews they told me 100% in person.
